hello everyone :)

this is nick, and i am new to the horse world. So far what i have learned has been great! i love horses and they are fun animals to be around. I have attended a horse show previously & watched a show jumping event performed. I have seen shows on television for dressage which i really like & want to learn more about.

My friend has a few quarter horses on her property & I spent time feeding the horsies apples & carrots, so now anytime they see me i'm approached for other goodies.. i think i spoiled them.

I'm here to learn more from the members on this forum about horses. looking forward to a great time and useful information which this site already has. thanks!

Here are some pictures i have of my friends horsies:

Thank you for the warm welcome & sharing the photos of your horses!

They look great! I'm not too sure what a Appaloosa horse is, i'm guessing a breed?

Still very new to the equine animals & it seems like i have a lot to catch up on!

Looking forward to learning a lot here & asking a few questions in the process.

I do like your new horse Sweety, she looks very good!

Hi Nick

Welcome to the forum, your friends horses look beautiful!

When are you going to start riding? I think you will like it because it is a
lot of fun :D

What type of horse are you going to get? If you like speed you should look at a
thoroughbred or a Quarter horse.
