Rain rot

I think Frankie has gotten herself a bad case of rain rot :(

Anybody know of any natural cures? I dont really like spreading chemicals on her. I have moved her into the barn which she doesn't like but its keeping her dry.

Any suggestions would be great!

I sure there is some old method to aleviate the problem. However the tried and true that I have used is "Mane, Tail and Groom", it is fairly stable and not damaging to the horse.
