Issues with "Thrush"

I am having a heck of a time keeping the Thrush out of my horses hooves. I keep them clean and utilize Clorox to try and prevent it from coming back but am still running into problems with it.

My farrior thinks that something else may be the problem but my Vet has said everything checks out. Any ideas on what I can do to prevent further horsey issues with my rides feet. The weather right now is very damp so even in the field it appears that nothing is drying out anytime soon.

my farrier told me to use pine sol on my horse and it hasnt came back just make sure you get it into the trush pocket (if its gotten to that)

I've had to use Thrush Remedy by Absorbine. I also had to move her to a drier stall. Things get so mucky here. Fall is the worst time for her.
