How does a horses eye work?

For school I'm doing a science fair project on the horses eye. I need to kno things like how it works, and also I'm going to incorpurate in wether not they are color blind. If you guys could give me information that you know about it, and if you could give me links that would be great becouse I need to make a bibliography for my report.

a horse is not completely color blind while scientific studies do show that they have trouble distinguising different colors such as greens, browns and grays. the side positioning of horses eyes give them a view of about 350 degrees

also they have wonderful day and night vision
