My few week old filly was being led into the barn when a neighbors dog ran up and startled her. She spun, hit the end of the lead, reared, and flipped over onto the asphalt. She scrambled to get up, but when she got her footing she shook it off. I took her to the grass and trotted her up, and she looked fine. She reared and played as usual and ate grass.
I just wanted to make sure you guys thought she'd be fine.
what things should I watch for?

Hey.
She sounds fine to me. I'd keep an eye out for lameness or to see whether her back is sore though. I wouldn't be too worried... I think we underestimate how tough horses really are! Mine is always hurting herself! Lol. If you're still worried you could have a vet check her out but she sounds like she's OK to me.

Sounds like a relatively normal accident. No back injury. You're a lucky and conscientious owner!
