My daughter is dying to take riding lessons- she is 6 years old. Is this too young? I did not grow up riding so I am not sure when others begin.

Do you think your daughter is truly interested or is this just a pasiing fancy? It really is an expensive sport to get involved with and then have her decide she does not like it.

My daughters both started to ride around age 4 so I certainly think 6 is an appropriate age to start.
