anyone else watching the stock market lately? got my stomach tied in knots. thank goodness we are heavy in commoditites so we aren't loosing but definately not gaining the way we were last year.

yes, i know what you mean. real estate and mortgages are sure messing things up. it's crazy what happened today with Bear STearns, selling out for $2 a share. holy cow !! don't play the market with emotions, get out smart and stay in smart.

I find that more and more people don't even know what is in their portfolios. Many retirement plans give you the option to change the investments, at least giving you a few options. Find out what they are and follow those stocks. Educate yourself on your investments.
