I absolutely love board games. My kids play with me and my husband refuses. Anytime we have friends over for dinner or I tackle them with my need to play a game. I love the competition and strategy and I'm absolutely terrible at it. What's your favorite game?

We play a lot too. Our new favorite, apart from the classics, is Apples to Apples. It is very easy to play right out of the box and comes in a junior version that is just as fun for the adults to play with the kids

I just love this question. can't wait to see what everyone says, it says a lot about your personality, i think.
We just absolutely love chinese checkers and aggravation. I guess we like marbles?

forget board games. my passion is cards. any card game - poker, go fish, hearts, spades, and more. I like the table chat. that's probably why people like board games too.

I like a good challenge. My favorite game is chess. Can't find anyone to play with that often. sometimes i play online. that's fun, can go on forever, though.

well, I asked the question but never revealed my favorite. It's the original trivial pursuit. When my extended family gets together in the summer, we always play. In dividing into teams we fight over the only 2 college grads to be on our team so someone can answer the brown questions. It's always a blast. other favorites are chinese checkers, monopoly and scrabble.

Monopoly is my family's favorite. It may take hours to finish one game, but it's worth it! We collect the different versions like Classic, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings....

Boulderdash (sp?). Our family all had too many years of Latin and we think we can bluff our way through anything. It gets quite fierce! But in the end, we still love each other (mostly).

I love playing Goodnight Moon board game with my children. It has grown in complexity with them. It is so sweet and a great extension of my littlest ones favorite book.
