I'm looking for some easy treats to make for my horses. We love cooking and the girls are always asking what else they can do to help take care of the horses. It would be a fine family activity. I need recipes!

My kiddo loves molasses cookies. You could probably make up a soft oatmeal cookie with molasses and the horses would just eat it straight up. I like allrecipes.com.
Edit: This should be a good one. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/WWII-Oatmeal-Molasses-Cookies/Detail.aspx Just no walnuts or raisins. Dried apple bits would be a good substitute.
I'm also going to be making carrot cake cupcakes (from the box) for my boy for his upcoming birthday, probably with a whipped vanilla icing (also from the can).
