okay, i wanna buy this great paint mare. She pulled a tendon when she was two, she is six now. I was wondering if she could be rode. He told me that the vet siad after long rides that it would retain water. MAil me with answers

What do you intend to use her for?
If its just gentle occassional trail rides she should be fine. If you are into competitions like barrel racing, jumping or even riding on rough or hilly terrain you could have trouble.
It is an old injury but with any injury it can cause trouble in time.
I would get your vet to do an ultra sound to make sure it was not a torn tendon and take the advice of your vet.
